TEHRAN/TEL AVIV: Israeli military has said that sirens have been activated in northern Israel due to ‘hostile aircraft infiltration’. The move comes as part of renewed activity between Iran and Israel, after they launched fresh attacks against each other late on Saturday, continuing into Sunday.
Meanwhile, Iran’s Deputy Foreign Minister Kazem Gharibabadi has announced to limit cooperation with the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA).
He said that the IAEA remained silent on Israel’s attacks on Iranian nuclear facilities, which is a cause for serious concern.
He also said that Iran will take special measures to protect its nuclear materials and equipment, but the IAEA will not be informed in advance about these measures.
He made it clear that Iran will take all possible measures to protect its sovereignty and nuclear security and trust cannot be one-sided now.

Trump distances US from Israel’s latest attacks, warns Iran of tough response if US attacked
“The US had nothing to do with the attack on Iran, tonight,” said US President Donald Trump in a post on social media platform Truth Social.
“If we are attacked in any way, shape or form by Iran, the full strength and might of the US Armed Forces will come down on you at levels never seen before. However, we can easily get a deal done between Iran and Israel, and end this bloody conflict,” Trump said.
Meanwhile, Yemen’s Houthis say they targeted Israel with several ballistic missiles in the last 24 hours in coordination with Iran.
