Palestinian death toll in Gaza rises to 37,900: health authorities

GAZA: The Palestinian death toll from the ongoing Israeli attacks on the Gaza Strip has risen to 37,900, health authorities in the Palestinian enclave said in a statement on Monday.

Additionally, more than 87,000 people had been wounded in the besieged strip since the Palestinian-Israeli conflict broke out in October 2023, the health authorities said.

The Israeli army killed 23 people and wounded 91 others in the past 24 hours, according to the authorities.
