ISLAMABAD: On the order of the Islamabad High Court (IHC), the Central Secretariat of Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf’s (PTI) was reopened on Thursday.
However, now its power has been disconnected. According to sources, the electricity was disconnected even before the sealing of the secretarirat.
According to PTI leader Shoaib Shaheen all the utility bills have been and they have no outstanding amount and its just a ploy by the government to harass us.
Earlier on Thursday a bailiff appointed by Justice Ijaz Ishaq Khan of the IHC for the purpose reopened the office.

The IHC over a week ago had ordered the Capital Development Authority (CDA) to immediately de-seal PTI’s central secretariat in the federal capital.
Accepting the PTI’s plea, the court noted that the authority had not issued any notice prior to the order to seal the party’s secretariat.
It added that the CDA had neither sent the order to seal the office to the party, nor its copy.
The CDA had partly demolished the secretariat before sealing it on May 24, saying it had been built in violation of the building bylaw.
