Toshakhana case: IHC to take up PTI chairman’s plea on Aug 10

ISLAMABAD: Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Monday fixed for hearing a petition filed by Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf chairman and former prime minister challenging the session courts order of terminating his right to defence in the Toshakhana case.

IHC Chief Jusice Aamer Farooq will conduct hearing into the case on August 10.

The PTI leader was apprehended on Saturday in connection with the Toshakhana case in Lahore and subsequently transferred under heightened security measures to Attock Jail.
