Transgender murder case: two suspects arrested

LAHORE: Police have solved the mystery of the blind murder of a transgender in Faisal Town with the help of modern technology.
A transgender identified as Zaman Ahmad was found brutally murdered in Lahore’s Faisal Town area.
The unknown attackers slit the victim’s throat and fled the scene without leaving any clues behind.
The shocking nature of the murder had left the neighbourhood in deep distress.
According to the police, two suspects involved in the murder were arrested by the use of forensic science.
According to SP Model Town Akhlaqullah Tarar, the deceased transgender woman was a resident of Bahawalnagar. Initial investigation revealed that the suspects killed her out of greed for money.

The victim’s mobile phone and cash were also stolen after the incident.
According to the police, the murder was planned in advance. After the incident, both suspects fled to Multan.
One of the arrested suspects has a previous record in three cases.
Police officials said that further investigation into the incident is underway and more revelations are expected soon.
