AIOU extends deadline for Autumn Semester 2023 programmes

WEB DESK: Allama Iqbal Open University (AIOU) has announced an extension of the admission deadline for open distance learning (ODL) programmes in phase 2 of the Autumn Semester 2023.

The new deadline is set for November 20. This decision was made by the Vice Chancellor of AIOU, Professor Dr Nasir Mahmood, in response to the overwhelming number of applications received from enthusiastic students.

In a recent press release, it was disclosed that the initial deadline, which was November 7, 2023, has been revised.

The ODL programmes offered in this phase encompass a range of academic pursuits, including Associate degrees in Arts (BA General), Associate degrees in Commerce (B.Com), Associate degrees in Education, BS (ODL) programmes, B.Ed programmes, BBA, postgraduate diplomas, and certificate courses.

Aspiring students have the opportunity to submit their applications for admission to these programmes until November 20, albeit with late fee charges.
