Fly Jinnah launches new direct flights from Lahore to Jeddah

Fly Jinnah, the Pakistani subsidiary of Air Arabia Holding, has announced the expansion of its international network with the introduction of direct flights connecting Lahore and Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The service is set to commence on November 16, with four weekly non-stop flights initially, increasing to daily flights by December 6.

A spokesperson from Fly Jinnah expressed enthusiasm over this new route, highlighting its potential to enhance accessibility for customers traveling to Jeddah. This new route complements the airline’s recently launched direct flights from Lahore to Riyadh and Dammam.

“This expansion reflects Fly Jinnah’s dedication to providing travelers with more affordable and value-oriented travel options while strengthening relations between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia,” the spokesperson remarked. The airline aims to address the growing demand for budget-friendly and dependable travel options for both business and leisure travelers between the two countries.

Fly Jinnah operates a modern fleet of five Airbus A320 aircraft and has been offering domestic and international services from key cities in Pakistan, including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Peshawar, and Quetta, since its launch.

In addition to the new route to Jeddah, Fly Jinnah’s international network from Lahore also includes flights to Sharjah, Riyadh, and Dammam. The airline provides services to Bahrain, Muscat, and Sharjah from Islamabad as well.

Earlier in June, Fly Jinnah began operations at Bahrain International Airport, where it operates two weekly flights to Islamabad Airport. As a joint venture between the Lakson Group of Pakistan and Sharjah’s Air Arabia Group, Fly Jinnah received international operation permits in October last year. The airline has plans to launch direct services to Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Iraq, Malaysia, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Thailand, Turkiye, and the UAE in the future.
