Gold prices witness nominal gain

KARACHI: Gold prices rebounded on Tuesday following a two day decline, with a modest uptick of Rs300 per tola. This brings the price to Rs215,100 per tola.
Similarly, ten-gram gold also experienced a rise of Rs257, now priced at Rs184,413.
Meanwhile in the international market, gold is valued at $2028 per ounce. In Pakistan, an additional premium price of $20 raised the gold price to $2048 per ounce.

This increase contrasts with recent decreases attributed to international market trends. On Monday, gold prices fell by Rs1,200 per tola, reaching Rs214,800. Internationally, it dipped by $11 to $2,028 per ounce. Meanwhile, a dip in the international gold market saw a decrease of Rs1700 per tola within Pakistan.
Fluctuations in gold prices is closely linked to global events and the performance of the dollar in international markets.
