Gold price climbs to Rs275,500 per tola after latest surge

KARACHI: The price of gold in Pakistan rose by Rs600 per tola on Wednesday, reaching Rs275,500 per tola, according to the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA).

Similarly, the price of 10 grammes of gold increased by Rs515, bringing it to Rs236,197.

This followed a decrease in prices on Tuesday, when the rate of gold fell by Rs600 per tola to Rs274,900, while the price for 10 grammes dropped by Rs515 to Rs235,682, reflecting a decline in international rates.
