JW Forland slashes prices for Safaari MPVs

JW Forland MPV prices

WEB DESK: In a move that reflects a broader trend in Pakistan’s automotive industry, JW Forland has become the latest car manufacturer to announce significant price reductions for its vehicles.

This comes on the heels of similar moves by major players like Pakistan Suzuki Motor Company, Peugeot Pakistan, Kia Lucky Motors, and Changan, suggesting a shift towards more affordable pricing for consumers.

The most recent price cut affects the company’s MPV, the Forland Safaari. The price of the 10-seater Safaari has been slashed by an impressive Rs400,000, bringing the new price to Rs3,599,000, down from Rs3,999,000.

Similarly, the 7-seater model has seen a reduction of Rs300,000, with its new price now set at Rs3,499,000, compared to the previous Rs3,799,000.

This price drop presents a significant opportunity for potential buyers. Not only are the prices more competitive, but JW Forland has also announced that the Safaari models are open for booking and are available for immediate delivery, making it easier for consumers to take advantage of these lower rates.

The recent wave of price cuts in Pakistan’s automotive market has sparked considerable interest among car buyers.

Kia Lucky Motors kicked off this trend by reducing the price of its Stonic model by over Rs1.5 million. This was quickly followed by Peugeot Pakistan, which lowered the price of the 2008 model by Rs450,000, and Suzuki, which dropped the price of its Swift model by Rs710,000.

While these reductions are great news for prospective car buyers, they might not be as well-received by current car owners.

Those who recently purchased vehicles like the Suzuki Swift and Kia Stonic at higher prices may feel a sense of loss as the value of their vehicles has effectively decreased.

Nevertheless, this development indicates a more consumer-friendly environment and is expected to boost car sales in Pakistan.

As the automotive industry continues to adapt to changing market dynamics, these price reductions are likely to stimulate demand, providing a much-needed boost to car sales while offering consumers more affordable options.
