HYDERABAD: Following Pakistan’s first win against Netherlands in the ICC World Cup 2023, national team captain Babar Azam expressed his contentment with the outcome.
In his post-match press conference, he credited the bowlers, highlighting their excellent start and the wickets they took in the match.
After the game, he remarked on the tremendous support from the crowd in Hyderabad, stating that they were extremely pleased with the hospitality they received from the hosts.

Furthermore, Azam noted that Pakistan lost three wickets while batting, and he appreciated the partnership between Mohammad Rizwan and Saud Shakeel, emphasizing that it bodes well for the team’s future performances.
