Barrage of arrows will hunt lion on Feb 8: Bilawal

MULTAN: Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has said that the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz and Nawaz Sharif can no longer fool the people.

Addressing an election rally in Multan, he said that the residents of Raiwind think they will win the election without effort; they do not come out of their home but dream of winning the election.

“I am grateful to the people of Multan who gave a warm welcome. I salute the loyalty of the people of Multan. The election is on February 8, but the people have announced their decision today.”

He said, “Today inflation, unemployment has reached the highest level. The terrorists who were eliminated by the sacrifices of Pakistan’s army and police are raising their heads again. One party has divided society and institutions; today brother is fighting brother.”

He said that “we will bury the politics of hatred and division; we will unite the whole Pakistan. We will all face the economic challenges together; we will fight inflation, poverty, and unemployment together; we will end poverty and make a developed and prosperous Pakistan.”

Bilawal said, “We have made the important issues of the people part of the manifesto. We will give direct subsidy to the farmers through a card; we will give free electricity up to 300 units to the people. In Punjab, we will make the chief minister from South Punjab.”

He said, “The people should come out on February 8 and block Nawaz Sharif’s way. The people should vote wisely and not waste it. The people and the Pakistan People’s Party will hunt the lion together. On February 8, there will be a rain of arrows, and the lion will be hunted.”

He also announced to do away with 17 federal ministries and utilize the money on the welfare of the people.
