WEB DESK: Elon Musk on Sunday announced a ‘slight change’ in the monetization policy of social media platform ‘X’, formerly known as Twitter.
Musk tweeted that if any posts are corrected by Community Notes, those posts won’t qualify for revenue sharing.
Community Notes is a feature enabling users to offer context and fact-check information on tweets.
“Making a slight change to creator monetization: Any posts that are corrected by @CommunityNotes become ineligible for revenue share. The idea is to maximize the incentive for accuracy over sensationalism,” wrote Musk on
