The latest win puts the Dutch racer in the same league as motorsports legends: Lewis Hamilton and Ayrton Senna. Lewis Hamilton bagged seven straight wins in 2015, while Ayrton Senna famously snagged eight titles in a row in the late 1980s.

In the F1 sprint race on Saturday, the Dutch driver once again demonstrated his prowess. Verstappen positioned himself favourably for a potential third consecutive victory at the Miami Grand Prix.

Throughout the sprint race, Verstappen maintained control of the lead, leaving Charles Leclerc from Ferrari trailing behind. Despite facing early challenges, Verstappen retained his position throughout the race.

Meanwhile, his teammate Sergio Pérez encountered some setbacks but managed to secure third place. Daniel Ricciardo from Red Bull Racing put up a strong fight to maintain his fourth place.

Meanwhile, Mercedes’ Lewis Hamilton faced difficulties due to aggressive driving from another competitor.
