Grand ceremony held in Muzaffarabad to mark one year of Marka-e-Haq

MUZAFFARABAD: Muzaffarabad saw a grand and emotionally charged ceremony as the nation marked the completion of one year of Marka-e-Haq on Wednesday. The event was part of nationwide commemorations, reflecting strong patriotic spirit and national unity.

A large number of citizens gathered at the venue, where the atmosphere was filled with enthusiasm and devotion. The ceremony featured a documentary highlighting Pakistan’s success in Marka-e-Haq against India, along with the struggles and suffering of innocent Kashmiris. The screening moved many attendees, leaving a deep emotional impact.

The event echoed with powerful slogans of “Pakistan Zindabad” and “Pak Army Zindabad,” as participants paid tribute to the martyrs and veterans for their sacrifices and bravery.

Renowned artists, including Aima Baig and Ali Zafar, along with other singers, performed national and patriotic songs, adding colour and energy to the event. Children also presented cultural tableaus and performances inspired by Kashmiri traditions, further enhancing the atmosphere of unity and celebration.

Other performers, including Natasha Khan and Dr. Abdul Basit, also took part in the musical segments, delivering stirring national songs that were warmly received by the audience.

The ceremony concluded with special prayers for the peace, stability, and prosperity of Pakistan. Students and participants paid heartfelt tributes to the armed forces, expressing pride in the success of Marka-e-Haq and reaffirming their support for the country with spirited slogans.
