Imdadullah Bosal tipped for PM’s principal secretary role

ISLAMABAD: There are strong indications that Imdadullah Bosal, presently serving as the Federal Finance Secretary, is poised to assume the critical position of Principal Secretary to the Prime Minister, as per reliable sources.

Bosal’s extensive experience, including his tenure as Principal Secretary to Shahbaz Sharif, positions him as a frontrunner for this significant appointment.

In a related development, Sameer Ahmed Syed is expected to be appointed as the Personal Staff Officer and Joint Secretary to the Prime Minister.

Syed, who currently holds the position of Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister of Punjab, brings a wealth of administrative expertise to the table.
