RAWALPINDI: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder and former prime pinister Imran Khan has said that no chief justice in the world has done what the Chief Justice of Pakistan Qazi Faez Isa is doing. “Qazi Faez Isa is behaving in such a way that I don’t think he is mentally fit,” he said.
In an informal chat with journalists in Adiala jail, he said that what is happening in the country is a game involving three empires and players, with the fourth being the PDM (government), backing them. “They all need each other,” he added. Referring to Chief Justice Qazi Faez Isa, Imran Khan said that his decision to take away their election symbol was biased.
He said that the Supreme Court judges have made it clear in the verdict regarding reserved seats.
“They are crushing the PTI. The Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz and the Pakistan People’s Party are family parties, and no one questions their internal elections. Our party’s elections, however, were annulled,” he said.
The former prime minister said that the Chief Election Commissioner knows that once the election fraud is unearthed, he will have to face Article 6 (of the constitition).

He alleged that the Chief Election Commissioner and the Chief Justice are colluding.
“Why wasn’t action taken after the statement of the former Rawalpindi commissioner? The Chief Justice remains silent on the kidnapping of the Rawalpindi commissioner (Liaquat Chatta) because he has also been named. In which country does a commissioner get kidnapped?”
He criticized the Chief Justice stating he imposed the decisions of the election commission’s umpires instead of tribunals, allowing the government a two-thirds majority. He also accused the chief justice of altering Article 63-A to legitimize floor-crossing and extend their rule.
Imran Khan said that morality is being trampled in the country, and institutions have been destroyed.
Talking about the Rawalpindi rally, he said although they (PTI) were not given an NOC, they would still protest. “Even if we are given an NOC, they send us outside the city and block the roads by 6 o’clock. We will protest in Islamabad and at Minar-e-Pakistan.
The nation must now take to the streets for the sake of Pakistan. I urge the people, especially the youth, to come out for their country and future.”
Imran Khan also said that one million people have left the country, and while SIFC was created for investment, money is flowing out of the country.
“They are destroying the country for their own interests. Come what may, we will protest at Liaquat Bagh tomorrow,” he said.
