iQOO, Vivo’s gaming-focused smartphone brand, has brought its latest flagship, the iQOO 15, to the Indian market. The device, which first launched in China last month, promises high-end performance for gamers and power users at competitive pricing.

It is currently unknown when iQOO 15 will launch in Pakistan, but it seems like a promising option.

Available in Legend and Alpha colours, the iQOO 15 is offered in two memory configurations. The base iQOO 15 with 12 GB RAM and 256 GB storage model is priced at INR 72,999, while the top-end iQOO 15 with 16 GB RAM and 512 GB storage variant costs INR 79,999. Early buyers can take advantage of a launch offer that reduces these prices to INR 64,999 and INR 71,999 respectively.

Priority Pass users will be able to pre-order the smartphone starting November 27, with open sales scheduled from December 1 through iQOO’s official website, Amazon.in, vivo exclusive stores, and other offline retailers.

The international rollout for the iQOO 15 begins alongside India, with launches in Taiwan on November 28, Indonesia on December 2, Thailand on December 3, Saudi Arabia on December 5, and Malaysia and Russia on December 9. While the Grey colour will be available only in select countries, Indian buyers will have access to Legend and Alpha variants.

Under the hood, the iQOO 15 is powered by Qualcomm’s new Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, combined with iQOO’s Q3 computing chip. The smartphone supports up to 16 GB of RAM and 512 GB of internal storage, though there is no option to expand storage further.

It runs on Android 16-based OriginOS 6 and will receive five major Android updates over the coming years, along with seven years of security patches until 2031.

Gamers will find the iQOO 15’s 6.85-inch LTPO AMOLED display impressive, offering a 1,440p resolution, 144 Hz refresh rate, peak brightness of 6,000 nits, and Dolby Vision support. The display also features an ultrasonic fingerprint sensor for secure unlocking, alongside a 32 MP punch-hole front camera.

Photography enthusiasts will enjoy the triple rear camera setup, which includes a 50 MP primary sensor, a 50 MP ultrawide lens, and a 50 MP periscope telephoto unit. Powering the device is a 7,000 mAh Si/C battery that supports 100 W wired and 40 W wireless fast charging.

Other features include stereo speakers, NFC, eSIM support, an IR blaster, Monster Halo lights around the camera island, and IP68 and IP69 ratings for water and dust resistance.

With its combination of cutting-edge hardware, long-term software support, and gamer-focused features, the iQOO 15 is positioned as a strong alternative to rivals like the Xiaomi 17 Pro Max and Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra, offering flagship performance at a more accessible price point.
