Man stabs brother to death over family dispute

Faisalabad: A man stabbed his younger brother to death on Thursday after he advised him to treat their mother respectfully. This incident occurred in the Madina Town area of Faisalabad.

According to reports, the accused, Zain, had been mistreating their mother, and his younger brother, Shamoon, confronted him about it. Shamoon repeatedly urged Zain to change his behaviour.

In response, Zain became furious with his younger brother’s persistent advice and used a sharp-edged knife to fatally stab him.

The accused fled the scene, and the authorities took the victim’s body to the hospital for postmortem. Police revealed that the accused, a hairdresser by profession and a drug addict, had a case registered against him at the local police station. The police are conducting raids to arrest him.
