New Zealand cricket team reaches Pakistan for T20 showdown

ISLAMABAD: The New Zealand cricket team has arrived in Pakistan to play a T20 series against the Green Shirts. The Kiwi team landed in Islamabad on Sunday night and will have a day of rest on Monday.

Meanwhile, the local players will participate in training on April 16 and 17. Pakistan’s cricket team players, on the other hand, will report to the hotel tonight and begin training tomorrow evening. Head coach Azhar Mahmood will join the team in the morning.

It’s worth noting that the T20 series between Pakistan and New Zealand, consisting of 5 T20 matches, will be played from April 18 to April 27.

The first three matches will take place in Rawalpindi on April 18, 20, and 21, while the remaining two matches are scheduled for Lahore on April 25 and 27.
