Pakistan witnesses massive decline in price of gold

KARACHI: The price of gold in Pakistan witnessed a decrease of Rs6,300 tola on Tuesday according to the Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers’ Association (APSGJA).

After the decrease, the price of the gold metal per tola reached Rs 223,800. The price of 10 grams stands at Rs199,588 witnessing a decrease of Rs5,402.

Gold traders and investors have been advised to keep an eye on market fluctuations and make informed decisions accordingly.

Separately, the Pakistani Rupee showed a fluctuating trend in the international currency market today against the US Dollar. Early in the morning, PKR appreciated by 14 paisa in open market, according to forex dealers, trading at Rs 305.50 to the USD.
