Petrol, diesel prices reduced, new rates notified

WEB DESK: The federal government has reduced the prices of petrol and High-Speed Diesel (HSD) after issuing a notification on revised petroleum prices.

According to the notification, the price of petrol has been reduced by 50 paisas per litre, while the price of HSD has been decreased by 19 paisas per litre.

Following the reduction, petrol will now be available at Rs342.60 per litre, while the new price of HSD has been fixed at Rs371.61 per litre.

The revised prices of petroleum products will remain in effect until August 28.
