LONDON: The crown prince of the world’s most famous monarchy, Prince William, experienced an eventful 42nd birthday.

From receiving a gift from wife Kate Middleton, to Westminster Abbey to Taylor Swift mania, the heir apparent certainly had quite a birthday!

Prince William received a gift from Kate Middleton, who is currently undergoing cancer treatment.

The princess celebrated her husband’s birthday by posting special images on social media platform X (formerly Twitter). The images show the crown prince and the couple’s children—Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis—happily jumping in the air.

Eagle-eyed fans were quick to notice something interesting. The William family sans Kate were wearing the same outfits as previously worn for Father’s Day few days back.

In the post, Kate Middleton wrote, “Happy birthday Papa, we all love you so much!”

Following months of intense media and online speculation, Buckingham Palace confirmed the Duchess of Cambridge’s cancer diagnosis. Many quickly observed the stark difference in how her cancer diagnosis was handled compared to that of the current monarch, Charles III.

Buckingham Palace finally revealed Middleton’s cancer diagnosis after weeks of keeping quiet. Reports now indicate she is healing, and the duchess even managed to attend a recent public event, “Trooping the Colour.”

While the Westminster Abbey marked Prince William’s birthday by bell-ringing, the crown prince and his kids brought into another mania currently gripping the United Kingdom’s capital: Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour.

The American singer headlined her tour in London by opening to 90,000 adoring fans at the Wembley Stadium in London.
