Punjab CM launches overseas property transfer service

LAHORE: Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz Sharif on Saturday announced the launch of the Overseas Pakistani Property Transfer Service.

She made the decision while chairing a meeting of the Board of Revenue in Punjab

During the deliberations, it was unanimously agreed to streamline mutation and registration services through the newly introduced Overseas Property Transfer Service.

She announced plans to establish land facilitation centres across 11 divisions by June 30, enhancing accessibility and efficiency in property-related matters.

Additionally, Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif has directed the authorities to furnish records pertaining to government land leases in Punjab, underscoring her commitment to transparency and accountability.
