ISLAMABAD: In a significant development, the Sindh High Court Tribunal has taken a decisive step by restoring the nomination papers of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) vice chairman and former foreign minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi.

The Tribunal’s ruling also extends to Zain Qureshi from NA-214 (Tharparkar).

This decision comes in response to the rejection of the nomination forms of the former Foreign Minister, Shah Mehmood Qureshi, and Zain Qureshi by the Returning Officer (RO).

The Sindh High Court Tribunal’s intervention has effectively overturned the RO’s initial decision, paving the way for the restoration of the nomination forms.

The restoration holds crucial implications in the political landscape, bringing a renewed opportunity for Shah Mehmood Qureshi and Zain Qureshi to participate in the upcoming electoral proceedings.
