Teenage housemaid allegedly severely tortured by employers in Lahore

LAHORE: A teenage housemaid was allegedly severely tortured by employers over suspicion of robbery and was hospitalised in critical condition.

According to details, 13-year-old Tehreem was serving as a housemaid with Hassam and his wife in the Defence ‘B’ area of Lahore.

The couple over the doubt of stealing the valuables from the house brutally tortured her resulting in fractures in their nose and hand fingers.

The torture victim girl was shifted to hospital and police after registering a case against the employer couple started investigations. INP
