The report, prepared by the Department of Forensic Medicine at Khyber Medical College Peshawar, found traces of alcohol, cocaine, THC, and other intoxicants in her body.
Seema Gul was found dead in her apartment on Warsak Road, Peshawar, on February 7.
Her brother, Muhammad Yaseen, had informed the police about her death, stating that she was at home when her condition deteriorated.
He suspected that she might have consumed a drug-laced substance but also mentioned the possibility of a natural death, adding that their family had no enmity with anyone.

TikTokers face privacy breach
During the last few months, several Pakistani TikTokers became the victims of privacy breach as their private videos were leaked online.
The latest victim of this breach was Muskan Chandio, a well-known Sindhi TikToker, whose alleged obscene videos went viral on social media.
This incident adds to a growing list of similar cases involving social media personalities like Minahil Malik and Imsha Rehman, who have also faced unauthorised leaks of their private content.
Last month, Minahil Malik, another victim of a security breach, announced her departure from social media after her alleged private videos were leaked online.
Amid the backlash, she took to social media and reiterated the difficult times she has been through. “It’s hard to say goodbye. No fighting. Spread the love. I’m leaving. I’ll miss you. I love you. Take care,” she was quoted as saying.
Man behind Imsha Rehman viral videos arrested
On February 1, Social media influencer and TikToker Imsha Rehman claimed in a recent video that Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) have arrested a man accused of creating and circulating her explicit videos.
She said that after the videos went viral, it felt as though her life had come to an end. “I saw the video, and my life is completely ruined. I can’t go to university or face people anymore. I’ve started receiving death threats.”
