Will only quit PCB chairmanship after ‘fixing’ Pakistan cricket: Mohsin Naqvi

LAHORE: The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) chairman on Monday said that he will quit after fixing Pakistan cricket.

While addressing a press conference in Lahore the PCB chairman said cricket has been in a poor state for the past three years۔

The PCB Chairman, addressing the criticism of the recent defeat against Bangladesh, acknowledged that the team’s performance was extremely disappointing. He also mentioned that he has requested a report on the pitch, which is expected to be available by tomorrow or the day after.

On Sunday, Mohsin Naqvi, lauded the Bangladeshi side for their exceptional game, acknowledging this momentous win. “Bangladesh played their best game,” Naqvi said. He also extended his “heartiest congratulations” to the Bangladesh team, recognising their hard-earned victory.
