Woman robbed at doorstep in Lahore

LAHORE: Armed robbers took away jewellery worth hundreds of thousands of rupees from a woman at her doorstep in the provincial capital on Sunday.

According to details, the culprits chased the car rider woman and took her hostage as soon as she reached outside her residence in the Johar Town area of Lahore.

The robbers snatched the jewellery worth Rs600,000 from the woman and sped the scene.

The police after registering a case into the incident have started investigations. INP
