World Cup 2023: Chacha Cricket waiting for Indian visa

LAHORE: Chaudhry Abdul Jalil, known as ‘Chacha Cricket,’ is awaiting an Indian visa along with other Pakistani fans to attend the ICC Cricket World Cup in India.
The Pakistani cricket team was also issued Indian visas with a delay, while no policy has been announced yet for fans and journalists.
“I want to go to India and watch the World Cup and support my team,” he said. “But I’m facing a lot of difficulties. I don’t know when I’ll get an Indian visa.”
Chacha Cricket said that he is receiving calls from all over the world asking if he will be going to India to support the team in the World Cup. Cricket fans from Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, and the United States have already arrived in India, but he has not received his visa yet.

On Wednesday Pakistan Cricket team was greeted with a warm and spirited reception upon their arrival in India.
Indian cricket enthusiasts flocked to the airport, eagerly chanting the names of their favourite Green Shirts players, with a particular focus on their skipper, Babar Azam.
