In a dazzling display of extravagance and innovation, Porsche has revealed its latest venture into the world of luxury real estate: The Porsche Tower Bangkok.
This architectural marvel, set to rise 311 feet (95 metres) above the vibrant skyline of the Thai capital, promises to be a sanctuary for the affluent few who can afford its exclusivity. With only 22 lavish apartments on offer, this development is not just a residence; it’s a statement of wealth, taste, and an undying love for high-performance automobiles.

The trend of luxury car manufacturers lending their names to upscale residential projects is not new – Aston Martin, Bentley, Bugatti, and Mercedes have all dipped their toes into this elite market. Porsche itself made headlines with its 60-storey skyscraper in Miami, complete with a car lift that allows residents, including football legend Lionel Messi, to park their prized vehicles right outside their apartments.
But the Porsche Tower Bangkok takes this concept to a whole new level.
Instead of a car lift, this 21-floor complex will feature a striking spiral ramp, allowing owners to drive their 911s and Taycans directly to their designated parking bays. This unique feature will undoubtedly become the focal point of the building, adding a dramatic flair to the already impressive structure.
Designed in collaboration with Ananda Development, the tower is scheduled to break ground next year, with completion anticipated by 2028. The units within this opulent edifice are a mix of duplex and quadplex ‘Sky Villas,’ ranging from 525 to 1,135 square metres. Each residence is a masterclass in luxury, boasting private balconies with pools and uninterrupted views of the city.

Porsche claims these residences will “set a new benchmark for luxury living,” and the price tags certainly reflect that ambition. The cheapest of the 22 units will set buyers back a staggering £11.4 million ($15 million), while the most expensive is an eye-watering £30.5 million ($40 million).
The design of the tower is as meticulously crafted as one of Porsche’s own sports cars. The building’s base features a bespoke X-frame pedestal structure, inspired by Porsche’s 2021 Mission R electric concept car.
The facade, meanwhile, takes cues from the roof mechanism of the 911 Targa, with an automated terrace door system to seamlessly blend indoor and outdoor living spaces. At the crown of the tower, a red LED light bar echoes the brake light of the current 911 models, ensuring the building’s automotive roots are visible even from a distance.
Inside, the interiors are nothing short of five-star luxury. From the ‘technically inspired’ kitchens with electrically powered drawers and cabinets to high-end, customised appliances, every detail has been considered to enhance the living experience. Even the wooden facias are uniquely sourced, ensuring durability and a bespoke touch.

Amenities are, of course, plentiful. Residents will enjoy a 25-metre swimming pool, a performance fitness centre, a spa, a social lounge, and a business lounge – all designed to cater to the needs of the discerning elite.
Porsche Tower Bangkok is more than just a building; it’s a future landmark that embodies the spirit of Porsche – where cutting-edge design meets luxurious living, tailored to the passions of its residents. For those with deep pockets and a love for the finer things in life, this is the ultimate residence, where both you and your car will be pampered in unparalleled style.
