Bushra Bibi breaks down into tears in court, claims ‘No Justice’

RAWALPINDI: Pakistan Tehrik-e-Insaaf (PTI) founder Imran Khan’s wife, Bushra Bibi, broke down into tears during her court appearance, stating, “There is no justice here.”

Present in court for a bail hearing related to cases against her and her husband, Bushra Bibi expressed frustration, saying they have faced ongoing injustices for the past nine months from those “seated on the chair of justice.”

She alleged that both she and the PTI founder had been unfairly punished across Pakistan.

In a tearful moment, she added, “I haven’t come here for justice because there simply isn’t any.” She shared that she was prepared to go to jail, with her belongings already packed, stating, “Whenever you say, I am ready.” Bushra Bibi criticized the legal process, accusing lawyers, including her own, of wasting time.

Expressing deep frustration, she questioned the judiciary’s view of her husband’s treatment, vowing not to return to the court. “There’s only injustice here,” she said.
