Five family members electrocuted

NASIRABAD: A grim incident unfolded in Dera Murad Jamali, Balochistan, on Friday, claiming the lives of five individuals due to electrocution.

Authorities report that the victims, comprising a married couple, two children, and a guest, tragically lost their lives as a result of an electric shock.

Initial investigations point to a technical malfunction within a transformer as the underlying cause of this unfortunate event. Notably, one of the deceased is identified as 60-year-old Muhammad Ayyub.

Subsequent to the incident, the lifeless bodies were promptly transferred to a nearby medical facility. Following the completion of necessary legal procedures, law enforcement officials proceeded to hand over the remains to the respective next of kin.
