Former SC Justice Faqir Khokar passes away

ISLAMABAD: Former Supreme Court Justice Faqir Muhammad Khokhar passed away. The funeral prayers of Justice (retd) Khokhar will be offered in Lahore.

He had recently been appointed as the head of the Missing Persons Commission. In a hearing on missing persons’ cases, the Supreme Court was informed of the new appointment just last week.

The court was also informed that after the appointment of Justice Khokhar, a tribunal will also be established for missing persons through new legislation.
