Govt to continue Rs30 bn relief package for utility stores

ISLAMABAD: The federal government has made the decision to extend the Prime Minister’s relief package worth Rs30 billion for utility stores across the country.

According to sources, the relief package has been announced for the upcoming fiscal year, and there will be subsidy for the masses on the purchase of sugar, ghee, flour, pulses and rice from utility stores across nationwide.

The sources said that the relief package would help citizens to combat skyrocketing inflation.
