In Muslim Town, residents reported a sudden power cut, leaving homes and businesses without electricity. The situation was mirrored in New Karachi, where power supply was abruptly suspended around 1 am. The unexpected interruption in electricity supply has sparked frustration among locals, already reeling from heat.

Unannounced load shedding in North Karachi, North Nazimabad, Liaquatabad, and the Federal B Area similarly disrupted daily routines. Many angered residents questioned the reliability of the power supply.

K-Electric, the electricity provider responsible for these areas, has yet to provide a detailed explanation for the unannounced loadshedding. A spokesperson for the company refrained from commenting on the specific reasons behind the power cuts, only stating that they are gathering information regarding the outages.
