In Swabi, the home district Education Minister Faisal Tarkai, 50 primary schools are without their own buildings. Province-wide, 323 schools operate in donated buildings, and 463 in rented ones.

Additionally, 328 schools do not have roofs, and 392 schools have been merged with other institutions due to the absence of private buildings.

The report also highlights a severe issue in Upper Kohistan, where more than half of the government schools lack their own buildings. This situation underscores the urgent need for investment in educational infrastructure in the region.
