‘Kidnapped’ groom returns home with a shocking revelation

KARACHI: Karachi police have recovered a missing groom, Jahanzeb, who disappeared mysteriously on his wedding day from Korangi Zaman Town’s Medina Colony.
According to police reports, Jahanzeb left his home on the wedding day saying he was going to a salon but never returned. His family immediately reported him missing, sparking a three-day search.

Jahanzeb was found wandering the streets and was brought back home by the police. Family members said that he is under severe mental pressure, likely related to the wedding.
Jahanzeb also left his mobile phone at home, making it harder to track him initially.
MORE DRAMA THAN A SOAP OPERA
During his initial statement recorded by police, Jahanzeb revealed that he left on his own due to the stress of the impending marriage.
He admitted to spending the time away on the streets and denied any forced kidnapping.
Police confirmed that the relationship was reportedly agreed upon by family members, but Jahanzeb appeared mentally disturbed.

A kidnapping case has been registered at Zaman Town police station as inquiries continue. Police are still questioning Jahanzeb to clarify details surrounding his disappearance.
