LHC seeks details of cases against Pervaiz Elahi

Lahore: The Lahore High Court on Thursday issued notices to National Accountability Bureau (NAB), Anti-Corruption Department and police seeking details of cases and inquiries against former Punjab chief minister Pervaiz Elahi.

The court has ordered all parties involved to submit their replies by July 13.

The hearing, presided over by Justice Amjad Rafiq, focused on the request made by Chaudhry Parvez Elahi.

The caretaker government, anti-corruption authorities, the FIA, and the Inspector General of Jail Punjab have been made respondents in the petition.
