Mayor, deputy mayor Karachi get stuck in lift

KARACHI: Mayor Karachi Murtaza Wahab and deputy mayor Salman Abdullah Murad got stuck in a lift at Abbasi Shaheed Hospital.

As per reports, the mayor and deputy mayor along with 15 other people were stuck in the lift for nearly five to ten minutes at the hospital.

The mayor was in the hospital to inaugurate the Haemophilia Ward. 

According to those stuck in the lift the elevator came down very fast and then got stuck on the first floor

The lift remained stuck due to some malfunction, which was fixed promptly.
