Mohsin Naqvi removes CDA official for negligence

ISLAMABAD: Taking notice of delay in the execution of Islamabad’s beautification plan, Interior Minister Syed Mohsin Naqvi on Wednesday ordered the removal of the Capital Development Authority (CDA) member environment immediately.

According to media reports, the interior minister said that he would not tolerate any delay in the completion of the project and those officers who did not perform had no place in his team.

He directed the CDA chairman to appoint a hardworking and dedicated official to the post; one who could work on the project round the clock in order to ensure its completion on time.
