No rain holiday in Karachi tomorrow

KARACHI: The Office of the Deputy Commissioner for Karachi Central District has reversed the decision regarding the holiday in Karachi due to the monsoon rains. As per the latest update, there will be no holiday in any district of Karachi on Tuesday, August 29.

According to Commissioner Karachi Syed Hassan Naqvi, all the private and public schools in Karachi will remain open.

Will schools in Karachi be open on August 30?

The Commissioner, speaking to Hum News, stated that the decision on whether to close schools on August 30 will be made tomorrow evening.

Earlier, the Deputy Commissioner had announced a public holiday for schools and colleges in Central Karachi for tomorrow, August 29, Thursday. However, this decision has now been reversed.
