QUETTA: Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif and Field Marshal Asim Munir jointly addressed the Grand Jirga with tribal elders at Zari Auditorium in Quetta, on Sunday.
The Grand Jirga held detailed discussion on Indian-sponsored proxy war in Balochistan. PM Sharif addressing the attendees said, “India is targeting peace and development in Balochistan through sabotage. Terrorist groups like Fitna-al-Hindustan are trying to gain public support,” adding that terrorists should not be allowed to find a social space.
The state institutions will take the war against terrorism to its logical conclusion with the support of the people, PM Sharif said.

He said that Pakistan Army is ready to give a befitting reply to every threat. “Peace in Balochistan is non-negotiable. Pakistan’s future is linked to Balochistan,” he said.
