PM leaves for UAE visit

ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister (PM) Shehbaz Sharif departed for Abu Dhabi on Thursday on a one-day official visit to the United Arab Emirates (UAE), following an invitation from UAE President and Ruler of Abu Dhabi, Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan.

The prime minister is accompanied by a high-level delegation, including Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar, Federal Information Minister Attaullah Tarar, and Special Assistant Tariq Fatemi.

During his visit, PM Shehbaz is expected to meet with the UAE’s top leadership. The discussions will likely focus on strengthening bilateral ties, boosting economic cooperation, and addressing key regional issues.

The visit is seen as an important step in deepening the brotherly relations between Pakistan and the UAE.
