PM Shehbaz to reportedly welcome Arshad Nadeem tonight at airport

LAHORE: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif will reportedly welcome Pakistan’s star athlete Arshad Nadeem at Lahore airport tonight. Nadeem is returning with a gold medal for Pakistan in the javelin throw from the Paris Olympics 2024.

Arshad Nadeem is returning to Pakistan after ending the country’s 32-year Olympic medal drought. He secured a gold medal with a remarkable throw of 92.97 meters in the javelin final at the Paris Olympics 2024

When is Arshad Nadeem coming back to Pakistan?

Arshad Nadeem will land at Allama Iqbal Lahore International Airport tonight (Saturday) at 1am.

Arshad Nadeem’s reception will be attended by Provincial Minister for Sports Malik Faisal Ayub and the Director General of Sports Punjab. Nadeem’s family, including his father, brothers, and sisters, will also be present. Aaround 100 of people from Arshad’s village are expected welcome him at the airport.
