Police Encounter: Two car snatchers arrested from Islamabad

ISLAMABAD: Two car snatchers have been arrested in injured condition after a police encounter in sector G-15 of the federal capital Islamabad.

According to the police, car theft tools and weapons were recovered from the injured car snatchers. The suspects had stolen a vehicle from Lohi Bher the previous day and had parked it in G-15.

Chicken prices continue to rise

The police traced the stolen vehicle and deployed plainclothes officers in the area. When the thieves attempted to change the number plate on another vehicle, the police raided the scene. The car thieves opened fire during the raid, leading to their eventual capture.
