Punjab schools close for summer vacations

LAHORE: As the academic year comes to an end, schools across Punjab will be closing today for the start of the much-anticipated summer vacations.

In response to the recent heat wave, the provincial government has issued a notification declaring the commencement of summer vacations from May 25. The holidays end on August 14, and schools will reopen on August 15.

Starting tomorrow (Saturday), Punjab students and teachers will enjoy a break from their regular routines, marking the beginning of the summer vacations.

Summer vacations are eagerly awaited by students, providing them with a chance to relax, spend time with family, and engage in recreational activities.
