Roadside explosion targets police vehicle in Bajaur, amid by-election voting

BAJAUR: In Salarzai area of Bajaur, a roadside explosive device detonated targeting a police vehicle.

Authorities confirmed that the blast caused damage to the vehicle, but fortunately, no casualties were reported.

The incident occurred amidst heightened security measures as police personnel were deployed for election duty ahead of the by-election in NA-8 and PK-22 constituencies of Bajaur.

Despite the tense situation, citizens, including senior citizens have been actively participating in the polling process.
