Staff nurse found dead at General Hospital nursing hostel

LAHORE: A 29-year-old staff nurse was found dead under mysterious circumstances at the nursing hostel of Lahore General Hospital (LGH), police said on Monday.

According to police, the deceased was working at the Punjab Institute of Neurosciences (PINS) and was posted in the PINS ward of the hospital.

Police have collected evidence from the scene and shifted the body to the mortuary.

An investigation is currently underway to determine the cause of death.
