Terrorist killed, army soldier martyred in two different incidents: ISPR

ISLAMABAD: Security forces conducted a significant operation in district Maradan of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, resulting in the killing of a ringleader of a terrorist group.

According to the Pakistan army’s media wing Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), the slain terrorist was involved in activities against the security forces. Weapons and ammunition were also recovered from the dead terrorist, the ISPR said in a statement issued on Friday.

Meanwhile, in Parachinar, during the exchange of gunfire between security forces and terrorists, Lance Naik Ghairat Khan was martyred.

According to ISPR, security forces remain resolute in their commitment to eradicating terrorism, and the sacrifices of our brave soldiers only strengthen our determination.”
